Abstract

MEIO DE FILTRAÇÃO DE AR, MÁSCARA DE BARREIRA ADAPTADA, DISPOSITIVO DE FILTRAÇÃO DE AR, PEÇA DE PANO, VESTUÁRIO OU ACESSÓRIO DE VESTUÁRIO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA CAMADA DE FILTRAÇÃO. Uma lista de têxteis altamente adequados e um método para combiná-los em um meio de filtração reutilizável durável com alta eficiência de filtração de partículas (PFE) e respirabilidade que dura mais de 50-75 ciclos de lavagem. O meio de filtração alcança o PFE apenas por meios mecânicos, sem pré-tratamentos físico-químicos frágeis e prejudiciais. Diferentes têxteis são montados considerando sua respirabilidade individual e sua complementaridade em termos de PFE em diferentes tamanhos de partículas para alcançar boa respirabilidade e alta PFE em uma ampla faixa (20nm-4µm) após muitos ciclos de lavagem ou várias camadas do mesmo têxtil são emparelhadas, enquanto se varia a orientação e as dimensões das fibras em cada camada para aumentar a eficiência. Este método de montagem melhora muito a PFE, a vida útil e a estabilidade de desempenho do meio de filtração ao abordar as fraquezas estruturais ligadas à anisotropia em cada camada e proteger suas fibras finas do desgaste mecânico e entupimento através de um emparelhamento do tipo célula de filtração fechada face a face.
