Abstract
PROCESSOS E DISPOSITIVOS DE CODIFICAÇÃO E DECODIFICAÇÃO DE UMA SEQUÊNCIA DE VIDEO DE MÚLTIPLAS VISTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de codificação e um processo de decodificação de um fluxo de dados codificados representativo de um vídeo de múltiplas vistas. O fluxo de dados codificados compreende dados codificados representativos de pelo menos um atlas, o dito pelo menos um atlas correspondendo a uma imagem que compreende pelo menos um patch, o dito pelo menos um patch correspondendo a um conjunto de pixels extraídos de pelo menos uma componente de uma vista do vídeo de múltiplas vistas, a dita vista não estando codificada no dito fluxo de dados codificados. O processo de decodificação compreende notadamente a decodificação, a partir do dito fluxo de dados codificados, o dito pelo menos um atlas, compreendendo a decodificação do dito pelo menos um patch, a determinação, para o dito pelo menos um patch decodificado, se uma transformação, e qual transformação, deve ser aplicada ao dito pelo menos um patch decodificado, a dita transformação pertencendo ao grupo de transformações que compreende pelo menos uma sobreamostragem do patch ou uma modificação dos valores de pixels do patch, e a aplicação da transformação determinada ao dito patch decodificado.
