Abstract

método, aparelho e sistema para codificar e decodificar um bloco de amostras de vídeo. a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e um método para decodificar uma uni-dade de codificação de uma árvore de codificação a partir de uma unidade de árvore de codificação de um quadro de imagem a partir de um fluxo de bits de vídeo, a uni-dade de codificação tendo um canal de cor primário e pelo menos um canal de cor secundário. o método compreende determinar uma unidade de codificação incluin-do o canal de cor primário e pelo menos um canal de cor secundário de acordo com sinalizadores de divisão decodificados da unidade de árvore de codificação; decodi-ficar um primeiro índice para selecionar um núcleo para o canal de cor primário e um segundo índice para selecionar um núcleo para pelo menos um canal de cor secundário; selecionar um primeiro núcleo de acordo com o primeiro índice e um segundo núcleo de acordo com o segundo índice; e decodificar a unidade de codi-ficação aplicando o primeiro núcleo aos coeficientes residuais do canal de cor pri-mário e o segundo núcleo aos coeficientes residuais de pelo menos um canal de cor secundário.
