Abstract
Se proporciona un método para decodificar un flujo de bits de video implementado por un dispositivo de decodificación, el flujo de bits de video incluye datos codificados para una pluralidad de imágenes, en donde se indica mediante una bandera si el procesamiento de refinamiento del vector de movimiento del decodificador o el procesamiento de flujo óptico bidireccional está habilitado o no. El método de decodificación comprende: analizar una bandera de habilitación para el refinamiento del vector de movimiento del decodificador, DMVR, a partir de un conjunto de parámetros de secuencia del flujo de bits de video, en donde la bandera de habilitación para DMVR especifica si la interbipredicción basada en DMVR está habilitada o no para la pluralidad de imágenes asociadas con el conjunto de parámetros de secuencia; analizar una bandera de inhabilitación para DMVR a partir de una estructura de sintaxis de un nivel de estructura de sintaxis jerárquica menor que el nivel de conjunto de parámetros de secuencia, SPS, del flujo de bits de video, en donde la bandera de inhabilitación para DMVR especifica si la interbipredicción basada en DMVR está inhabilitada o no para al menos una región de una imagen actual asociada con la estructura de sintaxis, en donde la imagen actual pertenece a la pluralidad de imágenes; y realizar interbipredicción basada en DMVR para un bloque actual dentro de al menos una región de la imagen actual para obtener valores de muestra predichos del bloque actual cuando se cumple al menos una condición predefinida, y en donde la al menos una condición predefinida
