MÉTODO DE SELEÇÃO DE RECURSOS, TERMINAL E DISPOSITIVO DO LADO DA REDE. A presente invenção fornece um método de seleção de recursos, um terminal e um dispositivo do lado da rede e se refere ao campo das tecnologias de comunicação. O método de seleção de recursos é aplicado a um terminal e inclui: obter informações de configuração de uma janela de detecção em um mecanismo de detecção parcial; realizar monitoramento na janela de detecção indicada pelas informações de configuração para obter um resultado de monitoramento; e obter um conjunto de recursos selecionáveis com base no resultado de monitoramento.
