Abstract

KIT DE TESTE LABORATORIAL RÁPIDO REMOTO PARA ESTIMATIVA SEMIQUANTITATIVA DE CC16 EM AMOSTRAS HUMANAS apresenta invenção de um dispositivo e um método baseado em imunoensaio de fluxo lateral, para a semiquantificação de CC16 em amostras de soro e de plasma. Foi apresentada uma nova detecção semiquantitativa dos níveis fisiológico e patológico de CC16 no soro e no plasma, baseada em uma membrana. O dispositivo da presente invenção apresenta uma abordagem de triagem baseada em uma tira acessível e fácil de ser utilizada, para detecção precoce de silicose, por meio do uso de CC16 como um biomarcador.
