Abstract

OTIMIZAÇÃO DO FLUXO DE MINÉRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de controle de fluxo de minério (10) para controlar o fluxo de minério em uma mina compreende vários subsistemas de controle de minério (30, 32, 34, 36, 38), um ou mais coordenadores de fluxo de minério (40, 42, 44) e um otimizador de fluxo (46), onde um coordenador de fluxo de minério (40) coordena o fluxo de minério entre as operações controladas por dois subsistemas. O otimizador de fluxo de minério (46) obtém dados de entrada e dados de saída de cada subsistema (30, 32, 34, 36, 38), cujos dados de entrada compreendem uma quantidade planejada de minério a ser manuseado em uma operação controlada pelo subsistema e os dados de saída compreendem uma quantidade real de minério sendo manuseado pela operação controlada pelo subsistema, processa os dados de entrada e saída, determina alvos a serem cumpridos por cada um dos subsistemas e coordenadores de fluxo de minério com base no processamento e transmite os alvos para os subsistemas e coordenadores de fluxo de minério, enquanto os subsistemas (30, 32, 34, 36, 38) controlam as operações correspondentes para o alcance dos alvos.
