Abstract
PROCESSO HIDROTÉRMICO PARA DESTRUIÇÃO DE OXALATO. Um processo hidrotérmico é fornecido para tratar um fluxo de resíduos de Na2C2O4 de um processo de refino de alumina. Isto consegue a destruição do oxalato e um retorno do filtrado para a fase de digestão (4) do processo de refino. O fluxo de alimentação é bombeado sob alta pressão através de um reator tubular (27) no qual há pré-aquecimento e aquecimento no reator para levar o fluxo até uma temperatura na faixa de 290 ºC a 330 ºC. As bombas fornecem uma pressão na faixa de 90 Bar a 160 Bar (9 MPa a 16 MPa) e um tempo de retenção na faixa de 8 minutos a 30 minutos. A jusante do reator há separação (32) do líquido tratado para fornecer um gás e um líquido contendo carbonato de sódio, tratamento (33) do gás para fornecer uma descarga segura para a atmosfera e tratamento (40) do líquido separado para fornecer um fluxo tratado.
