Abstract

MÉTODO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE TABACO RECONSTITUÍDO. Apresenta o referido método para produção de tabaco reconstituído, que se caracteriza pelo fato de: os componentes sólidos de tabaco serem moídos a uma granulometria de cerca de 20 - 220 µm, preferencialmente, cerca de 80 - 180 µm; o produto moído obtido dessa forma ser misturado com celulose em pó, água, pelo menos um agente aglutinante e, pelo menos, um material para formar um aerossol, até que uma pasta com um teor líquido de cerca de 30 - 50%, preferencialmente cerca de 35 - 40%, seja obtida; a referida pasta ser submetida a uma primeira laminação, para se obter uma fita contínua com uma espessura de cerca de 1 - 20 mm, preferencialmente, cerca de 1 - 10 mm; a fita já submetida à referida primeira laminação ser submetida a uma série de outras etapas de laminação, até ser obtida uma tira com espessura consideravelmente constante de cerca de 90 - 280 µm, preferencialmente, de cerca de 140 - 200 µm; a referida fita ser seca até o seu teor líquido atingir cerca de 8 - 15%.
