Abstract

SISTEMA APERFEIÇOADO DE EDIÇÃO DE BASE DE CITOSINA. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de edição de base de citosina aperfeiçoado. O sistema é dotado de um efeito baixo-alvo do genoma reduzido e de uma janela de edição estreita. O sistema compreende uma proteína de fusão de edição de base. A proteína de fusão compreende APOBEC3B de deaminase ou mutante de APOBEC3B de deaminase fundidos com proteína efetora CRISPR.V
