Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA MEDIR PELO MENOS UMA PROPRIEDADE BIOMECÂNICA DE UMA ESTRUTURA CELULAR REPRODUTIVA. Um método para medir pelo menos uma propriedade biomecânica de uma estrutura celular reprodutiva é fornecido. O método inclui iluminar a estrutura celular reprodutiva com radiação; detectar pelo menos uma porção de radiação espalhada da estrutura celular reprodutiva iluminada; analisar um espectro de frequência da radiação espalhada detectada para identificar pelo menos uma mudança de frequência de Brillouin no espectro de frequência; e determinar a pelo menos uma propriedade biomecânica com base na mudança de frequência de Brillouin. O método inclui ainda determinar um índice de viabilidade da estrutura celular reprodutiva com base na pelo menos uma propriedade biomecânica.
