Abstract
MELHORIAS EM, OU EM RELAÇÃO A, VÁLVULAS DE DISPARADOR PARA DISPOSITIVOS OPERADOS POR FLUIDO PRESSURIZADO. Trata-se de um disparador de atuação para um dispositivo, que compreende ou que inclui, uma câmara doseadora para reter uma carga de fluido de trabalho de alta pressão, recebida de uma fonte de alta pressão, uma válvula doseadora, fechada por polarização para vedar a câmara doseadora de uma câmara de trabalho e reter a carga na câmara doseadora, um martelo operado por um pistão com uma câmara acionada em um primeiro lado do pistão e uma câmara de disparo em um segundo lado do pistão, vedada a partir do primeiro lado, em que a câmara acionada recebe o fluido de trabalho de alta pressão direta ou indiretamente da fonte de alta pressão, uma válvula de disparo para abastecer seletivamente fluido de trabalho de alta pressão para a câmara de disparo, ou para liberar fluido de trabalho de alta pressão da câmara de disparo, de modo que quando o martelo tiver fluido de trabalho de alta pressão tanto na câmara acionada quanto na câmara de disparo seja mantido por um desequilíbrio de força em uma primeira posição, e quando o fluido de trabalho de alta pressão for liberado da câmara de disparo, o martelo seja acionado para ou em direção a uma segunda posição em direção à câmara de disparo.
