Abstract
INGREDIENTE MODIFICADOR DE SABOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para fazer um ingrediente modificador do sabor. O método inclui: a) aquecer o grão de painço entre cerca de 100ºC a cerca de 300ºC por cerca de 2 minutos a cerca de 30 minutos; b) tratar o grão de painço com um solvente para obter um extrato; e c) recuperar o extrato, para uso como ingrediente modificador do sabor.
