Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA REFINO DE UMA SUSPENSÃO DE POLPA DE FIBRA. A presente invenção refere-se a um refinador para refino de polpas, compreendendo um eixo (1), um disco de rotor (2) firmemente fixado ao eixo (1) e um rolamento de eixo (3), o disco de rotor (2) sendo disposto entre dois discos de estator (4, 5) e formando uma câmara de refino (6) entre o disco de rotor (2) e os discos estator (4, 5), onde o eixo (1) é móvel na direção axial (7). É caracterizado pelo fato de que o rolamento do eixo (3) está conectado hidraulicamente à câmara de refino (6). O sistema garante baixo desgaste nos discos de rotor e estator e, em particular, nas placas refinadoras destes discos - também em operação contínua.
