DISPENSADOR PARA DISPENSAR UM FLUIDO. É descrito um dispensador (1) para dispensar um fluido contido em uma garrafa, fabricado a partir de material plástico, que compreende uma porca anelar (2) que tem um conduto cilíndrico para aspirar o fluido; um elemento deformável tipo concertina (7) que compreende paredes laterais (10) que definem uma câmara de dosagem (10a); um anel (12) configurado para identificar, com a porca anelar (2), um sistema de travamento para definir uma configuração operacional e uma configuração não operacional do dispensador (1); uma cabeça dispensadora (16), que pode ser pressionada por um usuário e equipada com uma câmara de coleta (16a) projetada para coletar o fluido que sai da câmara de dosagem (10a) através de uma abertura central (12a) do anel (12); um primeiro e um segundo elementos de corte configurados para definir, respectivamente, uma válvula de retenção na entrada e uma válvula de retenção na saída da câmara de dosagem (10a); um elemento de travamento que interfere em pelo menos um dentre o primeiro e o segundo elementos de corte de modo a bloquear o mesmo na posição fixa e, assim, obstruir o conduto de aspiração.
