Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE CARNE. Um aparelho de processamento de carne tem um estágio de análise automatizado para analisar peças de carne com radiação penetrante. Os dados são gerados para processamento em informações em avanço e de retorno e podem ser usados para controle robótico de operações de aparo e desossa. Existe uma câmara blindada contra radiação (300), dentro da qual há um scanner tomógrafo (230) com um controlador do scanner, disposto para realizar a análise de peças de carne. Uma porta (210) é utilizada para entrada e saída de peças de carne colocadas em portadores (150) dentro e fora da câmara para análise pelo scanner, e um sistema de manuseio (245, 250) realiza movimentação automatizada dos portadores entre a porta (210) e o scanner (230). A porta possui uma câmara de intertravamento (210), possuindo uma porta interna (214) e uma porta externa (213) e um controlador para garantir que enquanto o scanner estiver operando apenas uma porta possa ser aberta. As peças de carne são inspecionadas automaticamente por uma estação de inspeção (285) e um controlador da estação de inspeção alimenta dados avançados que são usados pelo controlador do scanner (230) para controlar a operação do scanner de acordo com os atributos físicos da peça de carne.
