Abstract
SINTAXE DE ALTO NÍVEL PARA CODIFICAÇÃO E DECODIFICAÇÃO DE VÍDEO. A revelação refere-se a um método de decodificar dados de vídeo a partir de um fluxo de bits, o fluxo de bits compreendendo dados de vídeo correspondendo a múltiplas fatias, em que o fluxo de bits compreende um cabeçalho compreendendo elementos de sintaxe a serem utilizados ao decodificar uma ou mais fatias, em que a decodificação compreende analisar o cabeçalho de imagem, analisar pelo menos um elemento de sintaxe relacionado a ID de APS antes dos elementos de sintaxe referentes às ferramentas de decodificação; e decodificar o referido fluxo de bits utilizando os referidos elementos de sintaxe. São revelados também métodos de decodificação, dispositivos e programas de computador relacionados.
