Abstract

UM FORRO DE PESO LEVE PARA PAPELÃO CORRUGADO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para produzir um forro exibindo uma alta resistência ao encurvamento e uma alta força robustez à compressão, o que por sua vez proporciona alta resistência à flambagem e flacidez intercalada em um papelão corrugado formado a partir do mesmo. Isto é conseguido pela combinação inventiva de um nível de refino de fibra otimizado do fornecimento em cada camada do forro, a formação separada da folha de topo e a utilização de uma caixa de entrada de camadas múltiplas para formar a folha de duas camadas. Em adição, o forro produzido em concordância com a presente invenção proporciona boas propriedades de impressão em um papelão corrugado produzido a partir do mesmo, especialmente em impressão flexográfica, sem que a estrutura de canelura venha a ser negativamente afetada.
