Abstract
DETECÇÃO DE PLAQUETAS EM UMA AMOSTRA SANGUÍNEA. Trata-se de aparelho e métodos que incluem submeter a uma formação de imagem uma amostra sanguínea que é uma suspensão celular depositada em uma câmara de amostra. Permite-se que as células se assentem na câmara de amostra para formar uma monocamada de células. Pelo menos uma imagem microscópica é adquirida da monocamada de células com o uso de um microscópio (24) enquanto o microscópio foca em um nível de profundidade de monocamada, e uma primeira contagem de plaqueta de plaquetas que foram assentadas na monocamada é determinada. Uma imagem microscópica adicional da amostra é adquirida, enquanto o microscópio foca em um nível de profundidade diferente do nível de profundidade de monocamada, e uma segunda contagem de plaqueta de plaquetas que não foram assentadas na monocamada é determinada.
