Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO DE CONTROLE APLICADO EM KIT DE TRAÇÃO ELÉTRICA PARA VEÍCULOS E SEMIRREBOQUES. O dispositivo e método de controle aplicado em kit de tração elétrica para veículos e semirreboques, objeto da presente invenção, descreve um sistema de controle de tração elétrica aplicado a semirreboques e veículos a combustão que apresenta um motor elétrico (10) ou (200) a ser instalado no cubo e/ou roda (30), com o centro oco para a montagem por fora do eixo (20) de rodagem, mantendo a fabricação de eixos e cubos de roda amplamente empregados em implementos, cujo carregamento e condições de rodagem já são conhecidos, e agrega-se o motor elétrico (10) e/ou (200) para aplicar apenas torque de aceleração e frenagem regenerativa, objetivo principal do motor elétrico. O método de controle consiste em um algoritmo de otimização e de inteligência artificial que objetivam disponibilizar o motor/gerador na maior parte do trajeto percorrido. Neste caso a inteligência artificial, através do acúmulo de informações nos mesmos trajetos, passa a avaliar melhor as potências disponíveis de bateria e motor para aumentar a eficiência continuamente. Esta nova construtividade possibilita a instalação em um ou mais eixos de arrasto para eixos com a referida tração elétrica, permitindo sua aplicação em implementos rodoviários novos e também em forma de kit para instalação em implementos/veículos seminovos.
