Abstract
PROCESSO PARA DESLOCAMENTO DE UMA ENZIMA EXÓGENA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fermentar uma biomassa com uma dose reduzida de uma enzima exógena purificada (que pode ser, por exemplo, uma glucoamilase exógena purificada). O processo compreende colocar em contato uma biomassa (que pode compreender amido) com uma célula hospedeira de levedura recombinante. A célula hospedeira de levedura recombinante tem uma modificação genética para expressar um polipeptídeo heterólogo com atividade de amido ou dextrina hidrolase (que pode ser, por exemplo, de uma glucoamilase). A molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica o polipeptídeo heterólogo com atividade de amido ou dextrina hidrolase compreende permitir a secreção do polipeptídeo heterólogo.
