Abstract

MÉTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA MODELAGEM DE ORDEM REDUZIDA BASEADA EM COMPONENTES PARA GÊMEOS DIGITAIS ESTRUTURAIS EM ESCALA INDUSTRIAL. Um método de manutenção de um ativo físico com base em recomendações geradas pela análise de dados operacionais e um modelo composto de uma pluralidade de modelos que representam o ativo físico, incluindo construir, por meio de um computador, e usando uma aproximação de elemento de base reduzida de condensação estática de porta reduzida, de pelo menos uma parte de uma equação diferencial parcial, o modelo composto. O computador analisa um indicador de erro associado a, pelo menos, um modelo dentro do modelo composto para determinar se o indicador de erro excede um nível de tolerância, aumentando proporcionalmente o número de funções de base na aproximação de elemento de base reduzida de condensação estática de porta reduzida. O computador recebe os primeiros dados operacionais associados a pelo menos uma região do ativo físico e atualiza o modelo composto.
