Abstract
MÉTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA CORTE ADAPTÁVEL. Trata-se de um decodificador que inclui um conjunto de circuitos configurado para receber um fluxo de bits, identificar, como uma função do fluxo de bits, um quadro atual, e um subquadro cortado do quadro atual, determinar, como uma função do fluxo de bits, uma constante de escala associada ao subquadro cortado, e reconstruir dados de pixel do subquadro cortado usando a constante de escala.
