MÉTODO E APARELHO DE INDICAÇÃO DE INFORMAÇÕES. Este pedido fornece um método de indicação de informações e um aparelho. O método inclui: Um dispositivo terminal recebe uma resposta de acesso aleatório a partir de um dispositivo de rede, onde a resposta de acesso aleatório inclui um primeiro identificador temporário de rede de rádio RNTI, o primeiro RNTI inclui um primeiro campo e um segundo campo, o primeiro campo é usado para indicar um primeiro recurso de domínio da frequência, e o segundo campo é usado para indicar um primeiro recurso de domínio do tempo; e o dispositivo terminal envia informações de reconhecimento de solicitação de repetição automática híbrida HARQ com base no primeiro recurso de domínio do tempo e no primeiro recurso de domínio da frequência. Desta forma, o dispositivo terminal pode obter um recurso de tempo-frequência usado para portar as informações de reconhecimento de HARQ. Além disso, um tamanho de carga útil da resposta de acesso aleatório pode ser reduzido. A resposta de acesso aleatório inclui informações usadas para indicar o recurso de tempo-frequência portando as informações de reconhecimento de HARQ. Correspondentemente, é ainda fornecido um aparelho de comunicações.
