Abstract

MÁQUINA DE CORTE PARA O CORTE TRANSVERSAL DE TORAS DE MATERIAL DE PAPEL. Máquina de corte para o corte transversal de toras de material de papel compreendendo: uma estrutura na qual são movidas as toras; uma unidade de corte compreendendo uma lâmina (2); pelo menos uma unidade de afiação com dois rebolos (3); um dispositivo de posicionamento para posicionar os referidos rebolos (3) em relação à lâmina. O dispositivo de posicionamento compreende: um carro primário (40, 41; 400) e dois carros secundários (42, 43) suportados pelo carro primário (40, 41; 400); um sensor (100) para detectar o raio da lâmina e configurado para parar o carro primário quando os rebolos estão dispostos com os respectivos eixos a uma determinada distância do eixo da lâmina. Em uma segunda fase de posicionamento dos rebolos (3), os atuadores secundários (42, 43) são controlados de modo a colocar o lado abrasivo dos rebolos (3) em contato com a lâmina (2).
