Abstract
FIBRA DIETÉTICA SOLÚVEL E MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO E USO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se, de modo geral, a uma fibra dietética solúvel e métodos e produtos relacionados. A fibra dietética solúvel possui propriedades aprimoradas em relação às fibras dietéticas solúveis convencionais, incluindo um tamanho de partícula mediano pequeno e uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula estreita.
