Abstract

APRIMORAMENTO E ESTABILIZAÇÃO DA ATIVIDADE PROTEOLÍTICA DAS PROTEASES. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para o aprimoramento e estabilização da atividade proteolítica de proteases, métodos para produzir composições compreendendo proteases com atividade proteolítica que foi aprimorada e estabilizada, composições compreendendo proteases com atividade proteolítica que foi aprimorada e estabilizada obtidas ou obteníveis pelos métodos acima mencionados, uso de tais composições na fabricação de medicamentos e cosméticos, uso de tais composições no tratamento de doenças e distúrbios incluindo feridas e em aplicações cosméticas e kits associados.
