Abstract
sistemas e métodos para processamento de imagens de lâminas para inferir biomarcadores. sistemas e métodos são divulgados para receber uma imagem eletrônica alvo correspondente a um espécime alvo, o espécime alvo compreendendo uma amostra de tecido de um paciente, aplicar um sistema de aprendizado de máquina à imagem eletrônica alvo para identificar uma região de interesse do espécime alvo e determinar um nível de expressão de, categoria de, e/ou presença de um biomarcador na região de interesse, o biomarcador compreendendo pelo menos um dentre um biomarcador de receptor de fator de crescimento epitelial (egfr) e/ou um biomarcador de deficiência de reparo de incompatibilidade de dna (mmr), o sistema de aprendizado de máquina foi gerado pelo processamento de uma pluralidade de imagens de treinamento para prever se uma região de interesse está presente na imagem eletrônica alvo, as imagens de treinamento compreendendo imagens de tecido humano e/ou imagens que são geradas algoritmicamente, e saída do nível de expressão determinado, categoria e/ou presença do biomarcador na região de interesse.
