Abstract
MÉTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE VÍDEO, APARELHO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE DADOS DE VÍDEO, E, MEIOS DE ARMAZENAMENTO E DE GRAVAÇÃO LEGÍVEIS POR COMPUTADOR NÃO TRANSITÓRIOS. Dispositivos, sistemas e métodos para codificação de vídeo digital, que incluem métodos de interprevisão com base em sub-bloco, são descritos.
