Abstract
método de extração de um álcool alifático contendo 5 a 16 átomos de carbono a partir de um meio aquoso. a presente invenção se refere a um método de extração de um álcool alifático, preferivelmente contendo 5 a 16 átomos de carbono, a partir de um meio aquoso, o método compreendendo: (a) colocar em contato o álcool alifático no meio aquoso com pelo menos um meio de extração por um tempo suficiente para extrair o álcool alifático do meio aquoso para o interior do meio de extração, (b) separar o meio de extração com o álcool alifático extraído a partir do meio aquoso, em que o meio de extração compreende: - pelo menos um óxido de trialquilfosfina, preferivelmente óxido de trioctilfosfina, e, opcionalmente, pelo menos um alcano e em que o álcool alifático é produzido a partir de uma fonte de carbono por colocar em contato a fonte de carbono com pelo menos um micro-organismo capaz de converter a fonte de carbono no álcool alifático.
