Abstract

EXTRUSORA PARA PROCESSAMENTO COM AUMENTO DE VISCOSIDADE DE POLÍMEROS FUNDÍVEIS. Extrusora para o processamento com aumento de viscosidade de polímeros fundíveis, uma rosca extrusora (20) com pelo menos um filete de rosca extrusora helicoidal (31, 32, 33, 34, 35) sendo disposta em um alojamento com um recesso de alojamento interno. Em relação ao seu diâmetro externo, a rosca extrusora (20) é dividida em uma região inicial de diâmetro, uma região central de diâmetro e uma região de extremidade de diâmetro (21, 22, 23), em que a área central de diâmetro (23) tem um diâmetro externo D2 maior do que pelo menos uma das outras áreas de diâmetro (21, 25), em que um cone de transição (22, 24) é formado entre áreas com diâmetros diferentes D1, D2 ou D3. Duas zonas de desgaseificação (23.1, 23.3) são fornecidas na região central de diâmetro (23), cada uma das quais tem pelo menos uma abertura de sucção associada no alojamento, em que uma zona de desgaseificação (23.3) é formada na área das roscas satélites (26) e uma outra zona de desgaseificação (23.1) na direção do fluxo à sua frente.
