processo de aglomeração por coacervação de pó de borracha vulcanizada e produto resultante. o processo de aglomeração por coacervação de pó de borracha vulcanizada e produto resultante, objeto da presente invenção, compreende um processo decorrente do processo de fabricação de bandas de rodagem e reciclagem de pneus velhos, sendo que este processo não faz regeneração, mas procura preservar ao máximo as boas propriedades do camelback através da utilização do pó de borracha em uma granulometria adequada e através da utilização de um produto aglomerante aditivado com polímero coacervante. o processo de reciclagem desenvolvido padroniza a granulometria da borracha cominuída (micronização mecânica ou críogenica) preservando as propriedades originais sem tratamento químico ou térmico, sem gerar efluentes, emanações ou resíduos. resultando em um produto final que preserva ao máximo a qualidade dos scraps e refugos, podendo ser adicionado a novos compostos como aditivo altamente compatível devido à preservação das características e propriedades do camelback.
