composição osteogênica melhorada e método de preparação de composição osteogênica melhorada. a presente invenção fornece uma composição osteogênica melhorada que compreende proteínas do tecido conjuntivo com pesos moleculares maiores ou iguais a 3,5 kda, em que a composição é preparada por tratamento de material ósseo desmineralizado em um meio de extração ácido a um ph entre cerca de 0,10 e 0,45 a uma temperatura de extração entre acima de 25ºc e menor do que 80ºc por um período de tempo predeterminado. a presente invenção fornece ainda um método para produzir a composição osteogênica melhorada.
