Abstract
arranjo de supressão de incêncio. a presente invenção se refere a um arranjo de supressão de incêndio (8) para suprimir um incêndio em um pacote de bateria, tal como um pacote de bateria de íon-lítio (7), o referido arranjo (8) compreendendo o referido pacote de bateria (7), e um sistema de gerenciamento térmico (5) que compreende um circuito de líquido (13) para fazer circular um líquido para controlar a temperatura do referido pacote de bateria (7). o circuito de líquido (13) compreende pelo menos uma abertura (25) que é fechada por um membro de vedação (35) compreendendo uma porção fusível (43), em que a referida porção fusível (43) é configurada para fundir quando exposta a uma temperatura acima de um temperatura de ativação predeterminada, permitindo assim que o líquido seja descarregado do referido circuito de líquido (13) através da referida abertura (25) para resfriar uma porção do referido pacote de bateria (7) no caso de um aumento anormal de temperatura perto da referida abertura (25).
