Abstract

calibrador de espectrometria de massa. a presente invenção fornece um método para quantificar a quantidade de cadeia leve de imunoglobulina kappa ou lambda em uma amostra de um indivíduo que compreende: i. fornecer uma amostra de um indivíduo; ii. misturar a amostra com uma quantidade predeterminada do calibrador de cadeia leve lambda ou calibrador de cadeia leve kappa para formar uma mistura; iii. realizar espectrometria de massa na mistura; e iv. quantificar uma ou as duas dentre o seguinte a) a quantidade da cadeia leve lambda na amostra comparando-se a quantidade da cadeia leve lambda relativa na mistura, conforme determinada pela espectrometria de massa, à quantidade relativa da cadeia leve kappa do calibrador na mistura, conforme determinado pela espectrometria de massa; e/ou b) a quantidade da cadeia leve kappa na amostra comparando-se a quantidade relativa da cadeia leve kappa na mistura, conforme determinada pela espectrometria de massa, à quantidade relativa da cadeia leve lambda do calibrador na mistura, conforme determinado pela espectrometria de massa, mais tipicamente, espectrometria maldi-tof ou cromatografia líquida-espectrometria de massa.
