Abstract
EQUIPAMENTO DE FILTRAGEM DE AR CICLÔNICO. A invenção refere-se a um banco de filtragem de ar (100) e um sistema de filtragem de ar (50) para remover grãos ou impurezas de uma corrente de ar usando uma pluralidade de classificadores de ar ciclônicos (10) dispostos em matriz 2x2 em cada banco de filtragem de ar (100). O sistema (50) compreende uma pluralidade de bancos de filtragem de ar modulares interconectados (100) dispostos lado a lado e uma calha de coleta de grãos (5). Para melhorar a eficiência do fluxo de ar e a separação de partículas, cada classificador de ar ciclônico (10) inclui um duto de entrada indutor de vórtice (13), um tubo de extração (16) e um difusor cônico (15). Os difusores cônicos (15) dos classificadores de ar ciclônicos superior e inferior são de diferentes comprimentos, de modo que suas respectivas saídas de resíduo não são coplanares, o que serve para limitar a interferência de fluxo de saída de resíduos e resulta em menor queda de pressão através do banco de filtragem de ar, o que por sua vez leva a uma remoção de partículas mais eficiente.
