métodos aperfeiçoados para diagnóstico precoce de leiomiomas e leiomiossarcomas uterinos. a presente invenção proporciona um método para a diferenciação de tumores miometicos/neoplasmas uterinos tais como lm, lms e imt. além disso, a descrição proporciona um método para o tratamento de um leiomioma uterino em um indivíduo, compreendendo: (a) realizar um ensaio de genotipagem sobre uma amostra biológica do indivíduo para determinar se o indivíduo tem um genótipo de leiomiossarcoma uterino, e (b) remover cirurgicamente o leiomioma uterino se o indivíduo não tem um genótipo de leiomiossarcoma uterino.
