classe de compostos heterocíclicos quiméricos bifuncionais para a degradação direcionada de receptores de andrógeno e uso dos mesmos. a presente invenção refere-se a uma classe de compostos heterocíclicos quiméricos bifuncionais para degradação direcionada de receptores de andrógeno e uso dos mesmos, e fornece especificamente um composto mostrado na fórmula (i), ou um composto isotópico do mesmo, ou um isômero óptico do mesmo, ou um tautômero do mesmo, ou um sal farmacologicamente aceitável do mesmo, ou um profármaco do mesmo, ou um solvato do mesmo, em que arb é uma parte de reconhecimento/ligação do receptor de andrógeno, l é uma parte de ligação e u é uma parte de reconhecimento/ligação de ubiquitina protease; e as três partes são conectadas por meio de ligações químicas. o composto pode realizar degradação direcionada em receptores de andrógeno em células de câncer de próstata e suprimir a proliferação de células de câncer de próstata, e também mostrar boa estabilidade metabólica e propriedades farmacocinéticas. o composto tem uma boa perspectiva de aplicação na preparação de quimeras direcionadas para a degradação de proteínas de receptores de andrógeno e na preparação de fármacos para o tratamento de doenças relacionadas reguladas pelos receptores de andrógeno.
