Abstract
nanobolhas de 1-metilciclopropeno (1-mcp) modificadas. a presente invenção está relacionada com a geração de nanobolhas de 1-mcp modificadas com açúcares para uso alimentar tendo um tamanho variando entre 50 e 600 nm. essas nanobolhas apresentam alto grau de estabilidade em solução aquosa e permitem inibir a ação do etileno em diversos processos biológicos. além disso, podem reduzir a ação do etileno no metabolismo das plantas, tornando-as menos suscetíveis ao estresse hídrico, ao estresse devido à baixa temperatura, e ao estresse devido às condições do solo, entre outros. a presente invenção também se refere ao método de preparação de nanobolhas de 1-mcp modificadas com açúcares, seus diferentes usos, e aplicações.
