Abstract

cepas de paenibacillus e métodos para uso das mesmas. a presente invenção fornece uma composição compreendendo uma cultura biologicamente pura de uma cepa de paenibacillus sp. ou uma preparação livre de células da mesma compreendendo uma fusaricidina e uma tridecaptina; em que a fusaricidina é produzida com um gene de fusaricidina sintetase de fusa codificado por uma sequência de dna apresentando pelo menos 90,5% de identidade de sequência com a seq id no: 3; e a tridecaptina é produzida com um gene de peptídeo sintetase não ribossomal (nrps) de trie codificado por uma sequência de dna apresentando pelo menos 90,0% de identidade de sequência com a seq id no: 7. são também providos métodos de tratar uma planta agrícola para controlar uma doença e métodos de aumentar o vigor e/ou rendimento da colheita de uma planta agrícola com as composições divulgadas.
