conjunto de válvula cardíaca protética. um conjunto de válvula cardíaca protética é divulgado. o referido conjunto inclui uma válvula cardíaca protética (10). a referida válvula (10) é montada sobre um balão (5) para implantação em uma localização alvo. as dimensões da referida válvula (10) imitam a anatomia de uma válvula cardíaca nativa. o cateter de dispensação (100) é usado para implantação da válvula cardíaca protética (10). o cateter de dispensação (100) inclui um cabo (11), um eixo externo (1) e/ou um eixo interno (3) de múltiplas camadas incluindo uma segunda extremidade interna (3b). um tubo de suporte (7) é disposto no topo da segunda extremidade interna (3b) e inclui um ou mais furo(s) (7a) para a passagem de um fluido de insuflação e é fornecido com o balão (5) em sua superfície externa. um ou mais tampão(ões) (9) é(sã)o fornecido(s) no tubo de suporte (7) e dentro do balão (5) e incluem uma primeira porção (c) e uma segunda porção (d).
