Abstract
enrolamento de tubos em carretel para operações reel-lay. a presente invenção refere-se a dutos revestidas (82) com diâmetros internos diferentes que são enrolados sucessivamente em um carretel, enquanto suas hastes constituintes são internamente pressurizadas de modo cíclico para combater a formação de rugas no revestimento. um primeiro pig de diâmetro variável (34) é avançado até uma extremidade secundária de um primeiro duto. uma junta de transição (84) é fixada à extremidade secundária do primeiro duto para efetuar uma transição do diâmetro interno do primeiro duto para o diâmetro interno diferente de um segundo duto. uma extremidade principal do segundo duto, que contém um segundo pig (80), é fixada à junta de transição. o primeiro pig é conduzido através da junta de transição para dentro do segundo duto. o diâmetro do primeiro pig muda para corresponder ao diâmetro interno do segundo duto. os primeiro e segundos pigs são então conduzidos ao longo do segundo duto durante a montagem do segundo duto a partir de uma sucessão de hastes tubulares.
