Abstract
composto de isoindolina, método de preparação, composição farmacêutica e uso do mesmo. a presente invenção se refere a um composto de isoindolina polissubstituída como mostrado na fórmula geral (i), e a um método de preparação, uma composição farmacêutica e seu uso. em particular, o composto de isoindolina polissubstituída é fornecido na presente invenção como uma classe de novos moduladores da crl4crbn e3 ubiquitina ligase em estrutura, em que possui uma atividade antitumoral e um espectro tumoral mais elevados, e pode ser usado para o preparo de fármacos para o tratamento de doenças relacionadas a crl4crbn e3 ligase.
