Abstract
aplicador de micro-ondas para colo uterino. um aparelho de antena de micro-ondas compreende um elemento terrestre eletricamente condutor definindo uma abertura, um elemento alongado eletricamente condutor que se estende através da abertura e terminando em uma extremidade distal, e um ou mais elementos dielétricos. o um ou mais dos elementos dielétricos isolam eletricamente o elemento alongado e o elemento terra um do outro. o aparelho de antena de micro- ondas pode ser configurado para uso na irradiação de energia de micro-ondas em tecido superficial de um colo uterino de modo a fornecer um efeito terapêutico em uma ou mais regiões do colo uterino, como uma ou mais regiões do colo uterino infectado com papilomavírus humano (hpv) e/ou diagnosticado com neoplasia intraepitelial cervical (cin) ou assim para criar a resposta biológica correta em uma ou mais dessas regiões. o aparelho de antena de micro-ondas pode ser configurado para hipertermia não ablativa localizada do tecido superficial do colo uterino, ablação localizada do tecido superficial do colo uterino e/ou cauterização do tecido superficial do colo uterino.
