Abstract
a invenção é empregada para a produção industrial de tubos de aço resistentes ao desgaste com uma vida útil otimizada. para esta finalidade, o processo da invenção compreende as seguintes etapas de trabalho: a) a provisão de uma folha de aço (2) que consiste em um aço endurecível resistente ao desgaste e que é provida em um estado não endurecido ou temperado;b) a moldagem da folha de aço (2) em uma pré-forma tubular na qual duas bordas longitudinais da folha de aço (2) são posicionadas opostas entre si e delimitam uma lacuna de soldagem entre elas;c) a soldagem das bordas longitudinais que delimitam a lacuna de soldagem com a formação de uma costura de solda (3) que fecha a lacuna de soldagem;d) o tratamento térmico do tubo de aço (1) obtido depois da etapa de trabalho c), onde o tratamento térmico compreende as seguintes etapas de trabalho: d.1) o aquecimento do tubo de aço (1) em uma taxa média de aquecimento de 5-400 k/s em uma temperatura de retenção que é > a temperatura ac3 do aço e < 1100°c; d.2) a retenção o tubo de aço (1) na temperatura de retenção por 1 - 120 s e d.3) o resfriamento do tubo de aço (1) em uma taxa de resfriamento média de 10 - 600 k/s em temperatura ambiente.
