um derivado de polilisina obtido por um processo que compreende as etapas de (a) aquecer uma solução aquosa de lisina até ebulição (b) aumentar a temperatura da solução aquosa de lisina para uma temperatura de reação na faixa de cerca de 105°c a cerca de 180°c (c) manter a temperatura da reação na faixa de cerca de 105°c a cerca de 180°c até i. viscosidade de fusão da mistura de reação na faixa de cerca de 350 mpa*s a cerca de 6.500 mpa*s quando medida a 160°c e ii. um número de amina na faixa de cerca de 100 mg koh/g a cerca de 500 mg koh/g é alcançado (d) opcionalmente, o vácuo aplicado é liberado (e) adicionar ácido alquil-carboxílico ou ácido alquenil-carboxílico em quantidades de 2,5% molar a 10% molar, em relação à quantidade teórica de polilisina compreendida na mistura de reação (f) aumentar ou manter a temperatura da reação na faixa de cerca de 105°c a cerca de 180°c até que o número de ácido alquil-carboxílico livre ou ácido alquenil-carboxílico seja = 9% em peso, em relação ao peso total da reação mistura. em que o vácuo é aplicado nas etapas (a), (b) e/ou (c) e a água é removida continuamente durante todo o processo.
