Abstract

A invenção se refere a um processo para a autenticação de uma ilustração que compreende - codificar uma mensagem na forma de um código de barras bidimensional compreendendo blocos, cada bloco codificando um fragmento da referida mensagem e compreendendo um conjunto de sub-blocos de codificação, cada sub-bloco compreendendo um conjunto de elementos binários. É essencialmente caracterizado por a codificação compreender etapas prévias consistindo em: - definir ou identificar um conjunto de pontos marcantes da ilustração, - calcular um conjunto de atributos em função de pelo menos determinados pontos marcantes, - selecionar, entre os atributos calculados, pelo menos um atributo permitindo definir uma impressão digital, - opcionalmente comprimir a referida impressão digital, - opcionalmente assinar a referida impressão digital por meio de uma assinatura criptográfica, e ? gravar na mensagem um entre: um conjunto de pelo menos um atributo, - a impressão digital, - a impressão digital comprimida, e ? a impressão digital, opcionalmente comprimida, assinada.
