Abstract
é provido um método para a criação de um intervalo de referência personalizado (pri), que compreende: receber um perfil digital de um paciente incluindo parâmetros demográficos e valores associados, e parâmetros de dados do histórico médico e valores associados; receber um resultado de teste clínico incluindo um valor medido de pelo menos um analito; acessar um conjunto de dados que armazena perfis digitais de outros pacientes; identificar um subconjunto do conjunto de dados com base em uma correlação de acordo com um requisito de similaridade entre o(s) parâmetro(s) demográfico(s) do paciente e de outros pacientes, e entre o histórico médico do paciente e de outros pacientes; calcular um pri para cada respectivo analito do resultado de teste clínico do paciente de acordo com uma análise dos valores correspondentes do analito do subconjunto, em que o pri é dinamicamente calculado utilizando a versão mais atualizada do conjunto de dados.
