Abstract

um aparelho para termoformação contínua de alta velocidade de materiais de polpa para produtos baseados em polpa incluindo uma cápsula de distribuição de bebida compreendendo um corpo tendo uma parede lateral e uma base formada inteiramente de fibras de polpa moldadas, o referido aparelho compreendendo um tanque de retenção para água e fibras de polpa em suspensão, uma correia de alimentação contínua de conjuntos de ferramentas de malha articulados contornados para a forma de pré-forma dos referidos produtos, a referida correia sendo inclinada para permitir imersão parcial e retirada parcial a partir da referida suspensão pela rotação contínua da referida correia, meios de vácuo aplicados aos referidos conjuntos de ferramentas de malha para puxar as referidas fibras de polpa sobre os referidos conjuntos de ferramentas de malha imersos na referida suspensão para formar uma manta de polpa de pré-forma do referido produto.
