Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a codificação de um sinal de múltiplos canais e um codificador, em que o método de codificação compreende: obter um sinal de múltiplos canais de um quadro atual (510); determinar um valor de itd inicial do quadro atual (520); controlar, com base um número de quadros alvo que podem aparecer sucessivamente de acordo com as informações de características do sinal de múltiplos canais, em que a informação da característica compreende pelo menos um dentre um parâmetro da razão entre sinal e ruído do sinal de múltiplos canais e uma característica de pico de um coeficiente de correlação cruzada do sinal de múltiplos canais, e o valor de itd de um quadro alvo que multiplexa um valor de itd de um quadro alvo (530); determinar um valor de itd do quadro atual de acordo com o valor de itd inicial do quadro atual e o número de quadros alvo que podem aparecer sucessivamente (540); e codificar o sinal de múltiplos canais de acordo com o valor de itd do quadro atual (550). o dito método pode incrementar a qualidade da codificação do sinal de múltiplos canais.
